About Us This website has no affiliation with the Township of West Orange implied or otherwise and is NOT the official website of the Township of West Orange. This website is independently and privately owned and operated for the sole purpose of promoting West Orange history as a public service by the editor Joseph Fagan. Any views or opinions expressed are exclusively those of the editor who is responsible for all content. All images and photos come from the editors private collection. Joseph Fagan is the author of two books relating to West Orange history both for sale on this website. Fagan was the last of four generations of his family to grew up and live in West Orange. He has lived in Sussex County, New Jersey since 1984 where he owns and operates his own plumbing business since 1987. He is a NJ State Licensed Master Plumber.
